Dispatch Assistant | Hasbean

We are looking for a Dispatch Assistant, to work in our Stafford fulfilment team – packing and distributing coffee to our online customers and wholesale clients and helping to maintain the day to day operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse, fulfilment/dispatch team or production facility.

Happy with manual handling.

They will have an eye for detail and a love for working in a fast-paced environment.

An interest or knowledge in coffee would be cool but isn’t a requirement – you will be immersed in all things coffee from day one!

Day-to-day, you will help the Dispatch team to:

• Ensure customer satisfaction through the management of accurate and timely order packing, preparing and shipping.
• Ensuring anything that leaves the building adheres to the highest standards of the OCRI brand and quality.
• Work closely with the Dispatch & Roasting teams to ensure any issues directly relating to orders are resolved in a timely manner.
• Support warehouse operations including stocktakes, unloading deliveries including occasional containers & general housekeeping.
• Maintaining a clean & safe working environment.

This job is based at our roastery in Seighford, Stafford and will report to our Dispatch Supervisors.
