About the Role
Base Location: Flexible UK & Ireland | We're proud to offer a Flexible First approach to work, and this role is no exception. We will, however need your base 'home' location to be one of our SSE offices or depots around the UK and Ireland.
Salary: £37,000 - £56,000 + a range of benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available
SSE Heat Network’s vision is to become the most trusted zero carbon heat network developer and operator in the UK .
We design, build, finance and operate low carbon heating, cooling and power networks. As well as responding to tendered opportunities, we also develop our own projects aiming to build the new heat networks infrastructure which will support the UK’s transition to Net Zero.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing business as a Junior Project Development Manager. You will be responsible for leading the development of new district energy solutions to address customer’s requirements within SSE Heat Network’s key target markets which include new build and retrofit projects for private and public sector clients. We have an exciting portfolio of projects which will only grow as we help our clients achieve their urgent net zero goals.
You will be joining an experienced team who work closely with clients and other project stakeholders and lead SSE’s internal teams to provide innovative technical and commercial solutions.
