Job Purpose:
To be passionate about grooming and deliver the highest standards in grooming. Excellent customer service & communication skills to assist with driving sales in salon.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to day running of the salon; all preparatory work and relevant administration

Active role with hands-on dogs; including but not limited to bathing, drying and nail clipping

Maintain exceptional Salon Store Standards across all customer facing and ‘back of house’ areas
-
Have an active input into salon KPI’s and objectives including providing excellent customer service
-
Take part in all training activities to develop grooming and wider salon skills

Assist in Retail to deliver exceptional customer service when demand allows

Ensure personal compliance with all company policies and procedures

Ensure all Health & Safety compliance is up to date within the store legislation
