Job Title: Domestic Facilities Supervisor

Schedule: 25 hours per week, Mon - Fri 3pm - 8pm

Pay Grade: iFM Grade D: £22,526-£27,401 (pro-rata amount): £15,017-£18,268

IFM Bolton are pleased to have an excellent opportunity for a Domestic Facilities Supervisor to join our Community team, based at Avondale Health Centre. As a Supervisor you will be a key member of the Domestic Community team, reporting to the Building Coordinator and working closely with colleagues within the department and the rest of the Community sites.

Successful candidates must be able to prove their Right to Work in the UK and pass satisfactory DBS disclosure.

Job Role:

• Supervise & work with Community Domestic Assistants, including providing inductions, training, appraisals and return to work interviews.
• Ensure NHS Cleaning standards and iFM policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Work closely with Infection control to minimise the risk of infection.
• Implement procedures to ensure the continuous development and improvement of services.
• Regularly check machinery and equipment used by Domestic Assistants and report any faults.

The Successful Candidate

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivating and have a good working knowledge of cleaning standards and guidelines. They will have good time management skills and be able to prioritise their own workload.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• Experience of working in a caretaking or cleaning role within facilities management services
• Knowledge of NHS cleaning standards
• Experience of working in a fast-paced role, prioritising workload to the benefit of the service provided
