Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensure a warm, friendly and professional communication with our customers when collecting and delivering their cars.
- Wash and vacuum car's to a high standard.
- Ensure effective communication with the Service Team and Customers.
- Work to deadlines in meeting customer expectation.
- Accurately record and pass all messages, and information received.
- Enhance the reputation of the Dealership at every opportunity when interacting positively with others.
. Assist with basic admin duties
About You
- Experience and skills within the cleaning/driving sector.
- Calm and organised approach to work load.
- Capable of interacting in a lucid, professional and pleasant manner.
- Embrace customer care and Customer Relations Management training and development.
- Hold a full UK driving license for a minimum of 2 years.
- Aged 25 and over for insurance purpose when driving our cars.
