Van Assistant
Location: Waltham Cross, Herts
Salary: £26,460.00
Working Hours: between 19:00pm-19:30pm
Shift: 48 hours per week, 2-week rota basis (Monday-Friday) (excluding unpaid daily breaks)

A new role has arisen within our Distribution Department, for a Debrief Clerk. To provide pivotal day to day administrative support to the Distribution team ensuring accurate timely completion of paper work relating to Backhauls and Bulk checks and checking the return of equipment and goods returned to the National Distribution centre.
Accountabilities:
- Communicate all product/invoice discrepancies to the Company.
- Assisting Drivers with loading and unloading of vehicle, always adapting safe lifting procedures
- Complete and return of all Company and customer paperwork to the required standard.
- Responsible for the security of the Company property and customer access keys always.
- To provide an efficient, friendly service to our customers.
- To create and maintain a customer focused environment and ensure that all queries are dealt with efficiently and politely.
- Responsible for maximising and formulate a professional working relationship with all customers.
- Minimise additional costs, by efficient product handling and accurate picking.
- Responsible for the security of the Company property and customer access keys.
- Responsible for maintaining all legalities, Health & Safety and HACCP controls in accordance with rules, procedures, and documentation.
- Adhere with Company Policy in relation to personal hygiene, personal presentation, health, and safety and housekeeping always.
- Maintaining Company Security policy, ensuring that any suspicious incidents are reported to Senior Management.
