Dual Fuel Engineer

Lowri Beck, part of Calisen group is expanding its range of activities in line with its mission to deliver Smarter Energy for All.

Smart Meter services, the installation of Heat pumps and EV charging will reinforce Calisen’s role in helping to roll-out energy transition assets in support of Net Zero.

This is a fantastic opportunity for both Experienced Dual Fuel and Gas Engineers-to upskill, to join a well-established business during an exciting period of progress and change.

We are looking for the best engineers who are wanting a secure and opportunistic future in a company whose purpose is to accelerate the development of a cleaner, more efficient, and sustainable energy segment.

Highlights:

• Basic salary £37,000 (+ £2000 London Weighting if within M25) *
• OTE of £50,000
• Annual salary reviews
• Monday – Friday 42.5 hours per week, average hours 8am – 5pm
• On call – 1 week in 4 until 8pm, giving additional earning potential.
• Saturday work is voluntary giving average earnings of £240 for full day.
• Targeted to 3 dual installs per day anything over earns bonus.
• No upselling, no boiler leads, planned work appointments, no assumptive.

Other Benefits:

• Daily bonus- Earn from £16.50 per meter (from 7th meter)
• Top 25% of operatives are installing 7+meters per day.
• Quarterly Bonus – up to £250 for zero non- conformances (£1000 per annum)
• 30 Days holiday incremental to 33 days with yearly service (inclusive of Bank holidays)
• Saturday working- Average of £240 earning for full day.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Previous Dual Fuel experience within the past 12 months
• Alternatively hold a Gas Qualification
• CCN1/CMA1/3 &MET1 with 6 months remaining on qualifications.
• A recent MOCOPA accreditation
• Full manual driving licence (company van will be provided)

• 
  For single fuel Gas Engineers, basic salary will increase to £37,000 4 months after completing training- Salary of £33,000 whilst in training

**Smart Meter Operatives joining the Company who meet the eligibility criteria will be able to apply for the internal EV upskill course, as soon they have completed a qualifying period.

**The opportunity to convert to an EV Installation Engineer aligns with the Group strategy to grow capability in this area. This will provide a “one stop shop service” for our customers, in addition to offering development opportunities to our committed employees.
