Salary: 42089 - 47711 GBP per year
Join our team as a Duty Manager and be at the forefront of working in sport. We aim to provide safe, inclusive and engaging spaces for customers to enjoy sport, physical fitness and promote active lifestyles.
Compliance: Uphold the accurate recording of health and safety inspections, conduct risk assessments and support the development of safe systems of work
Customer Service: You'll deliver outstanding service to our customers at Active including schools and sports clubs.
Facility Management: Oversee the day to day operations of the sports centre ensuring all areas are well maintained, clean and safe for use
Colleagues: Lead a team of Leisure Assistants (lifeguarding, swim teaching, fitness class instruction, gym instruction, pool plant operators) and Cleaners to deliver exceptional service
