Duty Security Manager

We are looking for a Duty Security Manager based in Greater London, working at a well-established estate service and investment firm who act with consideration for others' ideas and share information openly to inspire trust and encourage collaboration.

As a Duty Security Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the shift relating to the protection of persons, premises and property, providing assistance to client workers and visitors for designated areas throughout the area.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise the control room ensuring that all staff carry out their duties according to the assignment and post instructions.
• Responsible for ensuring that staffing levels are met (and not exceeded) according to the contract requirements.
• Control and allocate duties

• Full Time – 42 hours per week, 4 on 4 off, 0700 – 1900, 1900 to 0700

Essential Skills

• SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• CCTV Licence
• Have the necessary skills / experience to manage the day to day running of a large team.
