E-commerce Specialist

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing sales our online store, including product listings, order fulfillment, customer service, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and a passion for driving sales. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement e-commerce strategies.
• Manage customer relations and customer service.
• Analyse website traffic and user behaviour.
• Develop and maintain e-commerce websites.
• Optimise website performance and user experience.
• Integrate payment gateways into websites.
• Develop promotional campaigns for online stores.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

Salary: £25,686.00-£31,677.00 per year
