EAP Advice Line Counsellor
Salary: £29,393 per annum (Pro-Rata)
Remote Working - Upto 31.5 hours per week (flexible) including 1x Evening per week & 1 in 4 Saturdays.
CiC have an exciting role for a BACP/UKCP registered counsellor to join our team of Advice Line Counsellors.
Part of your role as the Adviceline Councillors is to answer calls from our service users, respond to their enquiries by assessing their needs and identify the appropriate ongoing action. This could be referral to counselling, other support services, such as legal advice or financial support.
You’ll be on the front line, answering calls, conducting a high-quality clinical assessment, and providing in-the-moment-counselling-support. It’s a busy, fast reacting role where you will be helping people right from the word go.
Going forward, there will be opportunities to take on some in house counselling sessions to delivery Brief Focused Therapy (BFT).

Ideally we are looking for participants with 250 post-qualification clinical hours and prior experience of EAP
