The Early Careers team at Dentons is responsible for apprentice, intern, and graduate recruitment, alongside trainee development.
The individual will be responsible for a team of three comprising of two coordinators and a trainee development advisor.
This role will focus primarily on the attraction and selection for all our routes to qualification while also providing guidance to the trainee development advisor where necessary.
While the focus of the role is the UK and Ireland, the team is also responsible for the Middle East trainee cohort from a recruitment perspective.
Working closely with the head of resourcing and trainee partner, the role will have full accountability for the graduate recruitment lifecycle including marketing and events, selection and candidate experience, vacation schemes, diversity, and reporting.
The key objective is to ensure that Dentons is recognised as a 'Challenger' brand and preferred employer in the early careers space, and that Dentons actively engages with emerging talent and operates best practice, legal, inclusive, and ethical resourcing principles.
