Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.
Within its Early Careers talent segment, HSBC runs its flagship Global Graduate Programme recruiting up to 1500 students annually across 17 markets into Global Businesses and Digital Business Services areas. These roles are located in the Talent Attraction and Recruitment Marketing team, with a dotted line to key stakeholders including the Global Head of Emerging Talent Collectively, the Talent Attraction and Recruitment Marketing, and Emerging Talent teams, work in a high-performing, fast-paced and collaborative partnership to support and deliver HSBC’s flagship global internships and graduate programmes across some 17 markets.
