Early Years Educator to start ASAP!

Mini Explorers Nursery are looking for 3 fabulous Early Years Educators (Level 2/3) to join our already amazing team at Crabtree Hall.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within our successful 94 place Farm School Nursery. We believe strongly in supporting and developing staff knowledge and welcoming those with a passion to make their mark through bringing new ideas to inspire our children!

If you are truly passionate about children and want to be part of our dynamic nursery, we are looking for you to join our team of over 30 staff members.

We are based on a fully working arable farm, with 260 acres of beautiful North Yorkshire land for our children to play and explore. Like any farm, we have lot of animals to care for. The pigs, sheep, goats and alpacas are among some of our children’s favourite animals to care for each day.

Person specification:

· Great passion for child development and a good working knowledge of the EYFS.

· A sense of humour, common sense.

· A determined, persistent and resilient person who approaches and overcomes challenges with a positive 'can do' attitude.

· Excellent communication skills and able to work efficiently within a team.

· Bucket loads of drive, ambition and energy!

· Desire to learn about our Farm Schools concept of childcare
