Filthy Sentiments designs & manufactures greeting cards and gifts featuring the use of colourful English language in our small studio/warehouse in Heanor, Derbyshire.

What we are looking for

Here at Filthy Sentiments, we are looking for a Warehouse and Production Assistant to join our small & intimate team to participate in our Ecommerce warehouse operations and activities. Due to being a small team you will be trained in all warehouse and production duties across the business.

The role is for a part time member of staff on a temporary contract until the end of 2023, However the possibility to turn into a permanent contract is available. The role consists of 3 six hour shifts between the hours of 8am-4pm, Monday - Friday. We are looking for someone flexible who can pick up extra hours when the business requires.

Warehouse and Production Duties will include:

No day will look the same with us, we create all of our products in house so you will learn how to create our favourite items. From Producing Calendars, to Printing and making pen packs, Card Packs, Sublimating Mugs and many more! All training will be provided, experience is a plus.

• Ability to lift or move boxes
• Processing, packaging and shipping orders accurately
• Organizing stocks and maintaining inventory
• Examine ongoing and outgoing shipments
• Organise warehouse space
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Keeping a clean and safe warehouse
• Print Print and Packing Products
• These are an outline of duties involved in the day to day, other duties may be required.

About you

We are looking for someone to fit our fun and energetic small team, our business sells products using colourful English language offensive words are used in relation to product designs.

You will have:

• Good communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail due to ever changing stock.
• Previous picking and packing experience would be advantageous but full training can be given.
• We are looking for someone who is flexible overtime is offered during seasonal busy periods.
• A fun personality, our company is based on humour and the use of the colourful English language.
• Be able to navigate your way around a windows computer.

Salary: This position is paid the current minimum wage depending on age bracket, full information of minimum wage can be found of the Gov website.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 18 per week

Salary: £10.42 per hour
