ABOUT THE ROLE
Primary responsibility of the Editorial Operations Assistant role is to work closely with the Content Acquisition & Development and Upper-Level content teams and Production to assist in the project management of content handovers, review handovers, identify areas of concern and work to resolve to ensure timelines are met. Maintain ongoing workflow processes and aid in the documentation of such processes. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ongoing enabling systems across HE. Support development of expertise within HE for various editorial-wide systems including Qualtrics, iThenticate, Oxford Publish, Oxford Purchases and others to assist members of the broader HE team.
Key responsibilities:
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
