The Virtual School is recruiting two Education Advisers to join the team to oversee the education of all Children in Care in Cheshire West and Chester. This will involve working closely with Social Care colleagues and other partner agencies to ensure the best educational outcomes for all our Children in Care. Applicants must hold a teaching qualification and have several years experience working with vulnerable children in an education setting with a clear understanding of the impact on education of Attachment and Trauma and Special Educational Needs.
