Do you have an interest in Electronics? Are you enthusiastic and willing to learn? RVL, a friendly innovative electronics company in Matfield would like to hear from you.

Due to an increase in orders we require an additional Assembly Operative to work on the production of varied electronic products. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual, who would like to gain valuable experience within the electronics manufacturing industry. We will train you to IPC standards if required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, build and test to agreed specification
• Assemble and fabricate components for Prototype development builds
• Support other Manufacturing areas as required
• Maintain build and inspection documentation records
• Assist in the creation of Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and Test Procedures
• Follow and comply with Health and Safety requirements

Skills and abilities required

• Good team player with the ability to work independently and use initiative
• Good fine motor skills
• Keen eye for detail

Prior assembly experience would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be given.

In addition to a starting salary of £19,000-£22,500, dependant on experience, RVL offer;

• 37.5 hour week with flexi-time including half day on Fridays
• Paid overtime
• 20 days holiday with 1 extra day earned per year for 5 years
