Job Title: Repair Technician
Location: Amington Industrial Estate, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B77 4DR
Hours of work: Full-time permanent Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch break (occasional overtime available)
Salary: Starting from £12.00 per hour (approx. £25,000 per year), plus commission pay and a clear, achievable means of increasing base salary in line with performance.

Job Outline
Experienced Electronic Repair Technicians are required with an electronics / industrial automation background to join an expanding team within Radwell International’s production and engineering department based at our Tamworth Branch. An experience in the following areas would be very advantageous;
Repair electronic equipment in used within Robotics such as servo amplifiers, Drives and power supplies
To carry out calibration, testing and certification of all Atlas Copco Electric Assembly Tool products.To work from blown/exploded views and diagrams of DC tool Nutrunner and Electric screwdrivers in the Atlas Copco range such as ETV, ETD, ETC, ETP, QMX and QST.The Repair Technician role involves, but is not limited to, the repair and/or calibration of industrial controls including printed circuit boards (PCB’s), timers, counters, programmable logic controllers (PLC’s), drives, human machine interfaces (HMI’s) and temperature & process controls. Experience in the servo and/or robotics industry would be a plus.
Responsibilities include test functionality of each unit repaired, ordering parts for each unit processed and updating tracking notes in a customer retention management (CRM) system reflecting the steps take to repair each unit. Technicians are required to perform repairs of units down to component level, using good soldering and troubleshooting skills. Use of test equipment (oscilloscope, multi-meter, function generator) and test fixtures is necessary to ensure the complete and proper repair of each unit.
