TheLightBulb works in partnership with the government to deliver funded Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Training courses and commercial training courses across a range of industry sectors.

TheLightBulb are looking to recruit a self motivated and experienced Employer Engager to support our Skills Bootcamp Contract. This could be home based if a London based person. You will need to be able to attend job fairs and employer events across GLA and Essex

Job Purpose for an Employer Engager

• Build and maintain new/existing client relationships, providing exemplary customer service at all times, generating repeat business and referrals at a high level for the contracts you are assigned.
• Build customer relations with employers to support the Skills Bootcamp learner cohorts in finding employment
• Schedule interviews with employers for the Skills Bootcamp learner cohorts
• Meet and then exceed all agreed sales targets.
• Work with clients to maximise learner progressions across all funding streams.
• Provide an impartial information, advice and guidance (IAG) service to employers and on occasion learners.
• Attend client meetings, on time and represent the company in a professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
