Engineering Team Leader

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Engineering Team Leader to work in a luxurious development. The suitable candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the engineering team management. Also, overseeing works carried out by contractors. He or she will be responsible for training, planning, organising, directing and controlling the Engineering operation and administration.

The engineering team leader reports directly to the General Manager.

The successful candidate will have:

• HVAC, BMS, plumbing qualification;
• Electrical qualifications;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Organising and planning experience
• Experience in managing the team.
• Oversee works carried out by contractors.

Knowledge of swimming pools would be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekend availability
