We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English and Maths teacher to join our team at BT Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English and Maths to Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 students and will be expected to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and challenging English and Maths lessons to Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 students

Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/carers

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic and personal development of all students

Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve the English and Maths curricula

Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in English and Maths education and share best practices with colleagues
Requirements:
-
Qualified teacher status (QTS) in English and Maths
-
Experience teaching English and Maths to Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 students

Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for English and Maths

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills
