We need someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and delivering on their promises while working for a company that will support your training and development and value your input. In this extremely varied position you will find yourself doing a wide variety of tasks from Pest control inspections to scaffold cleans to handyman tasks, so never be bored. Working from our offices in Harrietsham covering the South East and London

The role will be fast paced, challenging and will focus on problem solving all aspects of environmental issues for our diverse range of clients. We believe in delivering great customer service and problem solving. It is at the heart of our business. Full training will be given

40 hours per week - overtime available

Main duties will include

• Inspect customer premises and report on status of premises on levels of pest infestation.
• Organise and undertake a programme of treatments using pesticides to control pests.
• Write legible reports on all inspections undertaken to include details of treatment.
• Actively seek and obtain new and additional work.
• Handyman tasks which could include repairs and clearances.
• Garden and Waste Management
• Scaffold Cleans
• Jet washing
• Gutter clearance

Person

For right applicant full training will be given but a Qualified to BPCA / RSPH level 1 in pest management would be an advantage. Further training will be actively encouraged.

• Be able to use apps and smartphones.
• Be able to write legibly and create meaningful informative reports.
• Good sense of humour in stressful situations. We like people who enjoy their work
• CSCS card preferred but will be expected to do course if not, as soon as start.

Good verbal communication Skills

• Excellent communication skills and be confident dealing with customers at all levels
• Ability to work on your own initiative, we are always there to support of course
