Role: Care Professional

Pay: £11.00 -12.50 Per Hour

Working Hours: 4pm-10pm / 6pm-10pm

Working Days: Tuesday- Saturday / Sunday – Thursday

Being a Care Assistant with Home Instead Southend is a highly rewarding position, where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.

Duties can include:

• Companionship - ensuring your client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit.
• Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework.
• Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.

We are Looking for people with:

• Ability to work evenings with the flexibility of hours building, between 4pm – 10pm.
• A warm heart, a caring nature and ability to build long-lasting positive relationships.
• Personable, empathetic, reliable, and trustworthy personality
• Genuine interest in becoming part of an exceptional organisation.

No experience is necessary as full training is given to all new Care Professionals. We carefully match our clients and Care Professionals based on similar personalities, hobbies and interests. All of our client visits are a minimum of one hour so you will have time to deliver excellent standards of care and have time to enjoy getting to know your clients.
