As Event Sales Executive, you will be working within the Sales & Marketing and report directly to the Events Revenue Manager.

You will provide a high standard of service from inquiry through to confirmation by constant feedback, chasing and building rapport with clients, and using the set yield parameters to convert business.

Essential for our Event Sales Executive

• Administrative and Sales Experience
• Hotel Experience preferable but not necessary
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office package
• Diploma in hospitality or hotel
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays when required

Royal Lancaster London is based at Lancaster Terrace, London W2 2TY and the closest tube station is Lancaster Gate on the central line underground.
