Position: Event Steward (Chester Racecourse)
Hourly Rate: £10.42 - £11.68

Duties include:
- Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling.
- Ingress control – ticket validation, accreditation checks, guest direction and queries.
- Crowd control/people management – foot traffic direction, reporting anti-social behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to.
- Deliver approachable customer service and support to guests.
- Report any suspicious behaviour.
- Egress control.
- Reporting and recording details of irregularities, incidents, and patrols.
- Directing customers around the site.

You will be required to gain your L2 in Spectator Safety certificate as part of your employment, this training will be provided by FGH training free of charge.
If successful, you will be subject to security screening in accordance to BS7858:2019 and a DBS check.
