Exam Invigilator (All year round)

Pitman Training Bristol are looking to expand their bank of Invigilators. We are looking for confident, forward thinking individuals who have a good level of computer literacy and have strong customer service skills.

This is a flexible casual zero hour position with hours offered throughout the year dependant on the volume of exams. The ideal candidate will be available to cover a variety of day shifts every week.

Exams run anytime from 7am to 9pm and we welcome applications from people who can work daytimes evenings and weekends.

You must have 10 year trackable work history. This position is subject to successful application of a DBS check.

Duties:

• Providing the highest levels of customer service at all times and ensuring that candidate needs are met
• Undertaking identification and security checks
• Explaining testing guidelines and examination process to all candidates
• Invigilation of exams
• Ensuring equipment and workstations are properly set up
• Resolving technical issues with support from IT departments
• General housekeeping of the centre

Key Skills and Experience:

• IT Literate
• Experience of working in a customer facing role
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Proactive approach to work and the ability to deal with difficult situations

Part-time hours: 14 - 21 per week
