We're growing and have created a role for a highly organised and capable professional to work as a personal assistant to the senior leadership team and become involved in project administration. The main scope of the role is being responsible for managing the schedules and comms of key people in the business. You will filter and attend to the day-to-day matters that are part of the MD and SLTs role so that they can focus on the high-level leadership and strategy functions.

We transport thousands of clients to and from the site every day, working 24/7 to ensure that construction remains on schedule. Key Tasks include:

• Manage scheduling for MD/SLT
• Draft, review and send communications on behalf of SLT
• Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, arranging diary links and invitations and attending to logistics of meetings including room booking, refreshments and IT set up and requirements.
• Answer and respond to phone calls or emails and communicate messages and information to the executive Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation if necessary.
• Maintain various records and documents for SLT members
• Prepare documents as required for review and presentation
• Oversee and handle all phases of a project diligently
• Assist managers in assigning tasks to all the people taking part in a project
• Update project logs with the progress of finished assignments
• Provide effective support for the everyday running of projects including diary management and IT support.
• Oversee the project timetable and communicating with team members and partners in order to maintain major milestones.
