ABOUT THE ROLE
Purpose is seeking an Executive Assistant who will work closely with the Partner & Managing Director based in London. They will also support other Europe based senior leadership team members on various initiatives and projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of Purpose's senior leaders delivering impact across the world. In this role, you'll be positioned to support and advance the effectiveness of two impact-oriented leaders in the heart of our work across philanthropies, non-profits, and values-aligned corporations. You'll provide daily administrative support, be a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, and lean into special projects including internal cultural initiatives, external events, and client engagement and correspondence.
This role holds a number of key responsibilities, including leading all aspects of scheduling, meeting preparation, event and travel coordination, and proactive communication with external contacts and internal team members alike.

This full time staff position is based in Purpose's London office in Shoreditch. We're expecting the person in this role to be able to work in-person from the office about 3 days a week. This is a Fixed - term 1 year contract role with a highly possibility conversion to Permanent. This role is offered at the Associate Manager tier with a salary range of £35,000 - £45,000, commensurate with experience, plus generous time off policy and benefits.
