Facilities Plumbing Engineer

• Alternating earlies and lates - 7AM - 1600PM, week after: 10AM - 1900PM

One of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers are now looking for an accomplished Mechanical Engineer to join a 8 man Building Services team for a newly opening site off Milton Keynes station.

The role best suits a Mechanically qualified engineer with aspirations of specialsing within HVAC, as this is a critical banking and retail complex home to cutting edge equipment including large chillers and A/C Units. There will also be specialist new kit such as Water Source, and Air Source Heat Pumps.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a good A/C Engineer to develop and upskill with training across a world class site,

Actions will include:

• Completing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of mechanical systems, within plumbing/water treatment, pumps, motors, A/C related equipment of various sizes and levels of complexity, across AC, Chillers, Water/Air Source Heat pumps
• Managing subcontractor delivery and completing site inductions
• Supporting the Lead Engineer and Manager with escalations
• Working closely with the customer
• Completing minor projects
• Completing minor, ad hoc fabric works
• Supporting with occasional weekend work with client building events

We need from you:

• Mechanical qualifications
• Some experience
• Energy to upskill on new equipment

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £33,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
