We are looking for someone to take on assisting with the animals and various other activities on our busy farm attraction.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with experience in animal care, equine care and general farm work. You will have a range of responsibilities in all areas of the farm attraction including working with our animals, engaging with the public on animal activities, plus other general farm work and housekeeping.

We are passionate about delivering an amazing day out for our visitors and work hard to deliver a great customer experience and exceed expectations. You must have great communication skills, be self-motivated with good attention to detail and enjoy working with like-minded people as part of a team.

The ideal applicant would have experience and ideally qualifications in managing and handling animals.

Duties to include:

• Feeding, watering, sweeping, mucking out and performing health checks on animals to the highest possible standard.
• Deliver excellent customer service to all visitors
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness at all times following schedules and cleaning sheets
• Run activity sessions with visitors throughout the day
• Running tractor rides for visitors throughout the day

Skills required:

• Practical experience
• Flexible
• Driving licence
• Good time management
• Ability to work well on their own and part of a team
• Maintaining high standard of cleanliness throughout
