Responsibilities:
- Support the farm team in upholding welfare and production standards.
- Follow Farm Manager instructions for proper bird husbandry.
- Manage litter and maintain a clean environment.
- Prepare for chick arrivals and bird departures.
- Keep the farm tidy and secure.
- Observe safe working practices and wear protective gear.
Requirements:
- No experience necessary, comprehensive training provided.
- Genuine interest in chicken farming and animal welfare.
- Own transport due to remote location.
- Team player with a flexible approach to varying hours.
- Willingness to work weekends and undertake necessary duties.
