Fibrelay are looking for an experienced Fibre Splicer to join them in Eastbourne. As a Fibre Splicer you will be delivering a number of fibre optic networks for our clients. You will be working as a part of a team or individually as the job requires.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out site specific Risk Assessments

Working to project specific drawings and schematics

Troubleshooting problems.

Provide details to the Build Project Manager to support weekly reporting on progress, risks, and review Lessons learnt/Best Practice
You will need:

NRSWA Unit 2
-
SA001 Safety Overhead, SA002 Safety Underground
-
Proven work experience as a Splicer.
-
Previous experience of working with EXFO IOLM/FIP and OTDR Testing.

Ability to Produce/Summarise fibre test reports.
