ROLE:

We're looking for a Finance Assistant who can support the financial integrity of Natilik's International team's financial records. This is an opportunity to be involved in almost every aspect of a business's financial operations, suitable for someone looking to gain more experience in their finance/accounting career, dealing with both our New York and Sydney offices while being based in the UK.

Key responsibilities:

• Enter/Book new deals and projects into Natilik's finance systems
• Ensure timely and consistent invoicing
• Issue statements at the start of each month to provide customers with full visibility of amounts due or falling due
• Manage credit control and the sales order book
• Process invoices in the accounting system
• Identify payments due to suppliers, ensuring suitable approval of invoices and raising payments with the bank
• Act as the central point for supplier queries and work with the Finance team within the client business teams to resolve any issues
• Manage the monthly expense process
• Monitor company bank accounts to ensure accurate posting of payments made and receipts from customers
• Assist with sales reporting
• Ensure timesheets are submitted/approved for the respective teams
• Monitor costs against budget
