Financial Administrator – £30k Office Based

Pearson Carter are currently working with an International End-User Company based in the UK. They are looking for a Financial Administrator to join their team and assist them in the rapid growth of the company.

They offer an excellent salary of up to £30,000 + Benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Processing of supplier invoices and credit notes

• Reconciling supplier statements

• Reviewing new and existing suppliers

• Raising non-job purchase orders

Experience:

• Accounts Receivable

• Payment runs

• Payroll Payments

• General HMRC reporting and compliance (EC sales, Intrastat, CIS and VAT)

• Factory timesheets

• Overtime reporting

• Headcount reporting

• Ad hoc reporting

• Assisting with month end reporting

• Liaising with auditors

• Filing and archiving invoices

Location

The successful candidate will need to be living in or surrounding the Twickenham, London area as the role is office based.
