Fish and chip shop fryer

Fast paced takeaway in the Tollcross area of Glasgow looking for a full time fryer. You will be responsible for:

• Preparing and frying of a range of foods specific to a fish and chips shop
• Managing the fry range and oil
• Maintaining Food Safety and Hygiene
• Cleaning
