Fish & Chip Shop Server / Counter Assistant

We are looking for an experienced takeaway counter assistant / customer server to join our Fish & Chip Shop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, competantley fulfilling customers orders, upselling and maintaining the cleanliness of the counter area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a good understanding of the industry, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a friendly and outgoing personality. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Serve customers at the counter speedily and efficiently.
• Monitor and keep clean customer dining area and all other areas
• Maintain a clean and hygienic working area environment
• Restock freezers, fridges and drinks fridge
• Operate cash registers and handle money transactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £7.65-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Llandudno: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

Experience:

• takeaway serving (preferred)
• good communication skills (preferred)
