A day in the life of…

As Food Beverage Assistant you will be a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be the first point of contact for most of our guests. Your role will be to welcome guests from all over the world with a friendly smile and exceptional service. You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each shift is smooth and efficient and deliver the best possible guest experience every time.

Based in the AC Hotel, Belfast you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock. Our City Centre location appeals to a diverse range of guests from Corporate to Leisure. We offer 188 guest bedrooms, conference facilitaties, a fitness suite and a full service Restaurant- Novellis at City Quays. We have exciting plans in 2023 to complete our refurbishment of our Terrace area, opening us up to a new guest experience and this is where you will fit in. We are very excited to be offering something different in the City with our Terrace dining opportunities.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. At Aimbridge we look for personality over experience, so it goes without saying that you will have bags of personality and a real flair for hospitality. You will have experience as a Barista and will have exceptional knowledge of coffee making and be confident in this area.
