Location: The Imperial Hotel, Torquay. With an imposing coastal position and un-rivalled views of Torbay, The Imperial Hotel is part of the Andrew Brownsword Collection. The property boasts 152 bedrooms, 6 meeting and event rooms, 200 cover restaurant, leisure facilities including outdoor pool and a large bar and lounge with outdoor terrace spaces.

For this role you will need to be a hands-on manager who leads from the front, be knowledgeable about food and beverage service, be good at developing others and be happy to be part of the hotel Duty Management team.

Your a believer in the value of strong and consistent training to deliver the highest standards. The roles requires the highest organisational and planning capabilities. We are looking for an experienced F&B Manager with a proven track record in increasing F&B departmental profitability.
