Edgbaston Park Hotel is a stylish and modern hotel located on the beautiful suburbs of Edgbaston, within close proximity to Birmingham City Centre. Owned by the University of Birmingham - a world top 100 university - we opened our doors in 2018 and have quickly established ourselves as one of the leading hotels in Birmingham.
Our contemporary building houses 185 bedrooms, the popular 1900 restaurant. alongside a chic bar, and lounge. We also offer a variety of impressive meeting and event facilities, making us the perfect destination for both business and leisure guests.
As a senior manager in one of the Hotel’s key functions, you will play a crucial role in the Hotel achieving its vision of being a world-leading hospitality destination.
Accountable for setting and delivering the F&B strategy, KPIs and service standards across the multi-unit, multi-menu environment, you will be responsible for the strategic development of the service, leadership of the overall team and the development and coaching of senior F&B colleagues.

With a genuine passion for setting high standards and delivering exceptional levels of guest service, we are looking for someone with substantial relevant senior F&B experience in an accommodation business, excellent commercial awareness and substantial experience in managing, engaging and leading a team to deliver to the highest level. With the support of the senior team, we are looking for someone who has the ability and ambition to take our F&B offering to the next level.
