A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SUPERVISOR AT THE OLD BELL

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.

• ensure smooth runnings of day to day operations, and ensure set ups for events in upcoming days

• ability to set objectives for yourself and your team to ensure department policies are kept and business demands adhere to.

• be a presence during key service times

• handling complaints, taking notes and passing onto appropriate manager(s).

• on the job training of employees to meet the correct business standards

• ensure compliance of hotel policies and SOPs.
