Because you're an outstanding Food Beverage Assistant you'll know exactly how to deal with such requests (believe me, there will be weirder) – this means you won't be scared of the unknown, you'll actually love it! You'll also know Angela, (one of your favourite regulars) is partial to trying whatever special is on the menu, so she gives you the nod and you have it on order; but you'll be just as passionate about ensuring each and every guest receives the same treatment, paying attention to those little details, that makes them leave with a smile.

What will I be responsible for as a Food Beverage Assistant?

As a Food Beverage Assistant at Kew Green you'll have a lot on your plate with the following:

• Being trusted to constantly strive to deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Offering recommendations to your guests, going above and beyond to make everyone's day – a (large) cup of coffee for Lucas, as you noticed his new-born baby is grouchy? No problem!
• Being personable and engaging with our guests in a service style that is relaxed yet professional
• Developing relationships with all of our guests, getting to know them and remembering the details that will create memorable experiences for each and every one of them
• Have an interest in FB with a passion to develop your knowledge further
• Striving to become an integral member of a committed team, ensuring each member takes pride in their work and communicates with one another.
