We now have a great opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join our expanding Food & Beverage team. Reporting into the Assistant Restaurant Manager your key role will be to lead a section across one of our food outlets to ensure a flawless service and our members receive an outstanding experience time and time again. The outlets could include our lounge, restaurant, terrace, café or private dining.
Full-time 40 hours per week. Salary £25,000 pa pending on experience, plus gratuities and bonus. On-site parking available. Staff accomodation available.
Key areas of activity will include:

• To greet and escort Members and their guests to the tables and assist them in seating
• Provide Member with information on beverage lists, specials, menu items, allergen and preparation methods
• Constant overview of the daily operation to include, but not limited to, cleanliness, food and beverage product, service delivery, clearing tables and sufficient mise-en-place
• Ensure all close of day procedures are adhered to

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience of working within a similar Food & Beverage role
• Experience or an appreciation of outstanding level of service, ideally gained within a five-star establishment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to converse with Members and their guests confidently
• Great team player, with the ability to lead by example and coach F&B Associates, with the effective management and mentorship of the outlets
