We are currently looking for Team Leaders to join our talented Food & Beverage team at Thorpe Park Resort working across our wide range of Food and Beverage outlets.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high energy and fun team who delivers excellent service each day to all our guests.

We are looking for both full and part time Team Leaders to cover shifts across the season, including weekends and holidays.

The ingredients for success

Ideally, you will come come from a catering or retail background. Alternatively, you may already have experience in supervising teams and will be confident when it comes to organising them. This is a high-pressure role as the park gets busy, so you need to have a cool head and be ready for every eventuality. Flexibility is a must! You may have early starts or later finishes.

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Leading by example, this a hands-on role so don't be afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • Ensuring you and your team are working in a hygienic and professional manner whilst maintaining high standards at all times
  • Organising your team to be effective on a daily basis
  • Dealing with customer enquiries efficiently
  • Being a role model whilst supporting with the training and development of the team
  • Driving operational excellence
  • Opening and closing units and cashing up

Qualifications and experience needed

  • Previous supervisory experience is desirable
  • Ability to lead and manage teams
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Flexibility in availability is essential. You must be prepared to work outside the parks opening hours for this role.
  • We need people with a can-do attitude, but who also like to have fun.
