We are looking for individuals to join us as a Café Assistant in our Food and Beverage Department.
The role includes:
- Preparing food and beverage items using standard facility equipment ensuring quality and efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and café area to meet or exceed department standards for cleanliness, food handling and sanitation
- Ensure neatness, cleanliness and orderliness of the facility by; sweeping, mopping, stacking shelves, washing up, removing waste. Clean all tables and keeping tables and chairs straight and tidy.
- Properly store and label all products
- Keeping accurate cleaning and temperature records
- Restock supplies and maintaining stock rotation
- Refilling and maintaining cleanliness of Star Slush machines
- Operating the till and serving all customers in a polite and courteous manner
- Prepare customer orders to company specifications
- Perform other duties or roles as assigned by the supervisor/ manager
This role is suitable for anyone, with or without experience, you will need to be energetic, a team player and confident to talk to both staff and customers.

Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
