Food Production Intake Operative - Night Shift

Due to development and growth, Greencore Warrington are looking to recruit Food Production Intake Operative Night Shift on permanent contract. As a Food Production Intake Operative, you will be responsible for stock rotation and checking all goods into order wise system as a priority and reporting any deficiencies to the Zone Manager.

To apply for the role, you must be at least 18 years old and available work for full time.

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off 17:30pm - 05:30am

Pay Rate: £12.78 per hour

Working as a Food Production Intake Operative you'll be required to:

• Use of a Reach Truck and Manriders
• Unloading vehicles
• QA checks on Intake
• Booking in using S21
• Putting stock away in specific areas
• Stock rotation in chillers, freezers, and ambient stores
• General housekeeping
• Wear PPE - Personal protective equipment

• Great team player - respectful and appreciative towards our Greencore Family.
• Reach Truck lisence
• Comfortable working in a chilled and frozen environment
• High level of accuracy
• Happy with standing for long periods of time, lifting and carrying, as well as other tasks such as cleaning.
• Basic understanding of health & Safety and Food Hygiene (although training will be given)
• Good Literacy and Numeracy skills (assessed at interview)
• Good verbal communication skills
