The Association of Clinical Psychologists (ACP-UK) is seeking a skilled and passionate Freelance Zoom Webinar Tech Assistant to join our team and assist with our popular psychology webinar programme. The role will involve working alongside our Zoom Tech Lead on 1-2 events per month and will provide additional support to ensure that we can run successful events when our lead is unavailable. As a Freelance Zoom Webinar Tech Assistant, you'll play a key role in making sure that our training webinars run smoothly. This will involve attending pre-webinar meetings with presenters to answer any questions they may have regarding Powerpoint slide preparation and technical queries. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that the event runs seamlessly and that it's recorded without any glitches.

Essential skills:

• Experience with both meeting and webinar Zoom formats
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues during live webinars
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with presenters and other team members
• Attention to detail and the ability to ensure that all technical aspects of the webinar are running smoothly
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances during live events
• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and other presentation software

Hourly rate varies depending on experience.

Salary: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
