Front of House Assistant

Toast is a very busy coffee shop/cafe serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and afternoon tea, six days per week.

The role entails welcoming customers with a smile, making them feel at home and providing a level of service which is second to none. You will:

• Take orders and payment
• Serve food from the kitchen
• Prepare drinks/ice cream/cakes following food hygiene regs
• Maintain a clean and tidy shop during service
• Wash dishes
• Maintain stock levels of drinks etc during service
• Clean the shop thoroughly at the end of each day

Previous experience IS NOT essential but a warm, engaging personality is a MUST. You need to be a team player, be reliable, honest and flexible with the days you are available (weekends are non-negotiable). Toast is very busy so you must be able to work at speed whilst remaining calm and organised, plus the ability to make an excellent flat white would be a bonus!!

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
