Front of House Bar/Restaurant

The White Horse Inn Badwell Ash are recruiting new members to join our Front of House team. We have a busy schedule of internal and external events booked in this year and beyond and therefore are expanding our team.

This is no ordinary Gastro pub, an independent Freehouse which has undergone an extensive refurbishment including the creation of our onsite restaurant ‘The Stable’.

There is the opportunity to be involved in our external events which is an exciting and growing part of the business.

We are looking for people with previous experience in a similar role. It is essential that you are an enthusiastic, friendly and efficient person who strives to provide outstanding and professional levels of customer service.

The role will include;

• Greeting customers and seating them
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Answering the phone and taking bookings
• Maintaining stringent hygiene standards
• Being knowledgeable about our menus and making recommendations

In return, we offer full-time and part-time positions with competitive rates of pay which will be dependent on experience. This is an opportunity to grow with the business and work in a fun and friendly team. Full training to our standards will be provided.

This role includes working evenings and weekends, shifts will be variable depending on the business needs. An immediate start is available.
