Front of House Security Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Front of House Security Officer at one of our sites based in London. You will work at a well-established estate service and investment firm who act with consideration for others' ideas and share information openly to inspire trust and encourage collaboration. The Front of House Officer is responsible for security and customer service in the main reception. Greeting clients and tenants as they enter the building, assisting those in need where possible. Reporting any suspicious activity and faults within the area and supporting the contract and client's expectations.

We are looking for someone with both customer service skills as well as experience within the security sector. You will be an engaging, welcoming, and alert individual who can be responsive in emergency situations, dealing with these in a calming manner.

• £13.23 per hour
• Full Time – 42 hours per week, 4 on 4 off, 0700 to 1900

What we need from you:

• SIA Licence
• Excellent customer engagement skills with excellent verbal and communication skills
